- Run metadata: task names, timings, step outcomes and credit cost per run.
- Basic product analytics, if you have not opted out.
What we do not collect
- The contents of the portals, applications and files your tasks work with — those stay on your machine.
- Your portal credentials or browser session cookies.
- Documents that tasks read or produce.
AI-assisted steps
Where you explicitly enable an AI-assisted step, the content required for that step is sent to a model provider to process that step. Name the providers and their regions here, and state the retention terms you have with them.
